A standard residential backup or grid-tied system is installed in one to two days. Larger off-grid and commercial systems take a little longer. We give you a firm timeline in your proposal and issue your Certificate of Compliance (CoC) on completion.
Every Helios install comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years on panels and 10 years on batteries, and lifetime remote monitoring. If anything looks off in the app, we often spot it before you do.
Absolutely. We partner with leading SA green-energy lenders offering terms from R0 deposit (on approved credit), as well as rent-to-own plans. In many cases your monthly repayment is lower than the Eskom bill you're replacing — so you're cash-flow positive from month one.
