Privacy Policy

The short version: we only collect the information you give us to answer your enquiry or process your order, we never take payment details through this website, we don't run advertising trackers or analytics, and we never sell your information. The detail follows below.

1. Who we are

No Limits Telecoms is an office solutions and telecommunications company based in the Northern Cape, South Africa. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), No Limits Telecoms is the "responsible party" for personal information processed through this website, www.nolimitstelecoms.co.za.

2. The information we collect

We collect personal information in three ways, and only what is needed:

• Contact & quote form — your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and your message.
• Online store orders — your name, phone number, email address (optional), the delivery address or notes you choose to add, and the products you order. Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser until you place an order.
• Technical event records — our server does not log every visit. It records security-relevant events only: sign-in attempts to our own staff dashboard (including the IP address involved) and confirmations of orders placed, used solely for security and troubleshooting.

Providing information is always voluntary — the only consequence of leaving something out is that we may not be able to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your order.

3. Cookies & local storage

• We use no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers and no profiling of any kind.
• Your store shopping cart is kept in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us until you place an order, and you can clear it at any time through your browser.
• One session cookie exists only for our own staff signing in to the order dashboard — regular visitors never receive it.

4. Third-party services

• Google Fonts — our pages load typefaces from Google's servers. When that happens your browser discloses your IP address to Google, as with any resource fetched from the web. Google's handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp — the "chat on WhatsApp" buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp. Anything you send there is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Both providers process this data on servers outside South Africa, under their own privacy policies and the laws that apply to them. Beyond these two, no other third party receives data from your visit to the site itself — section 6 covers who we share enquiry and order information with.

5. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes you've asked for;
• To process and fulfil store orders — confirming stock, arranging payment and delivery with you directly;
• To provide installation, support and after-sales service;
• To keep our website and systems secure; and
• To meet legal and financial record-keeping obligations.

We process this information because it is necessary to take the steps you have asked us to take (quotes, orders, support), to protect our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure, or to comply with the law. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we will not send you marketing you haven't asked for.

6. When we share information

We never sell or rent personal information. We share it only:

• With suppliers and couriers, to the minimum extent needed to source and deliver what you ordered;
• With service providers that host our systems and email, who may only use it to provide those services to us; and
• When the law requires it — for example a lawful request from a regulator or court.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — answering your enquiry, fulfilling and supporting your order — and thereafter only as required by South African law (for example, financial records of sales). Security event records are kept for as long as they remain useful for security and audit purposes.

8. How we protect it

• This website is served over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections, and insecure connections are automatically redirected;
• Order information is stored on systems we control, behind authenticated, access-controlled administration; and
• We collect the minimum information necessary in the first place — the best protection there is.

If a security compromise ever affects your personal information, we will notify the Information Regulator and the affected individuals, as required by section 22 of POPIA.

9. Your rights under POPIA

You are entitled, at any time, to:

• Ask what we hold about you and receive a copy;
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date;
• Request deletion of your information where we have no legal duty to keep it;
• Object to processing, or withdraw consent you previously gave.

To exercise any of these, email info@nolimitstelecoms.co.za — this reaches our Information Officer (the head of the business, as POPIA provides by default) — and we'll respond within a reasonable time as required by POPIA.

If you believe we've handled your information unlawfully, you also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za · enquiries@inforegulator.org.za.

10. Children

Our website and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information — for example when our online store begins taking payment online — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top before the new practice starts.
